Shipping Policy
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $700 delivered by UPS, or the most affordable available provider to mainland USA. Any territory of the USA or small islands off the coast of the mainland will be subject to extra shipping fees. The shipping carrier will deliver your order curbside. The carrier will NOT deliver inside your home, garage, kitchen, or elsewhere. If necessary, please arrange assistance to receive your order. If the destination address is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, the customer may incur additional charges for alternative methods of delivery.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. Full insurance is included in all shipments.
Tracking number(s) will be provided to the email you submitted 2–4 business days after the date your order is placed. After which:

Items shipped via UPS Ground will take 2–8 business days after the processing date.

These are general guidelines, and shipping times may vary based on the final destination, items ordered, and other logistical factors.
If an item is shipped, and we are notified that the order is canceled or refused, there will be a 35% restocking fee and additional return shipping fees.
Adjusting your Shipping Address
If an item requires an adjustment or alteration to the shipping address, a $175.00 fee will apply. This fee covers the charge incurred by MRCOOL Sales and the time necessary to execute the adjustment promptly with the shipping carrier.
Receiving Policy
An individual 18 years of age or older must be present to accept and sign for the delivery.
Damaged Packages

If the box has clear damage upon delivery, take clear photos of the damaged box, refuse the package, and note the damages with the delivery driver on the Bill of Lading or Freight Bill. Email contact@mrcoolsales.com with your issue and photos.

No visible box damage? Inspect your package immediately. If the product is damaged, take photos and contact us right away.

Any damages not reported within 24 hours will be rejected for further resolution.

For all orders, keep your box, packaging, and pallet for ALL products in case of any returns or exchanges.
Before a return authorization is approved for damaged goods, a warranty claim must be filed by emailing contact@mrcoolsales.com, and the item must be readily available for inspection by the warranty service team. A return cannot be authorized if the team is not allowed to inspect the item.
IMPORTANT NOTE: All damages must be reported within 24 hours. If damage is reported after 24 hours, the claim will be denied.
Returns and Refunds
All products must be returned in original condition, never installed, and include original packaging, manufacturer’s containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
Refunds are issued after the warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and may take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.

Third party shipping services can be organized by the customer for orders being transported outside the mainland USA. Orders like these are required to have funds transfer via wire transfer into our bank account. It is the third parties responsibility to review and report any damages upon delivery. Once third party accepts the delivery it will be their responsibility to insure the items. We will not be able to file claims on the original carriers insurance once third party shipping company accepts original shipment.
We will NOT honor returns for shipments sent outside of our standard shipping zone.
In rare cases, the shipping carrier may refuse to ship to a location—in such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
